Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As far as your clinical history is concerned, you need a physical examination and an ultrasound of whole abdomen and liver function tests to rule out most possible pathological causes responsible for increased bilirubin as mentioned by you in your past and present reports.

So, take treatment as per exact findings only.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
