Have Heartburn When Resting, Feeling Strong Pulse. Normal?

Hi, I am a 16 year old girl and have noticed heart burn or ache for well over a month now. I only really notice it when I m resting or not too distracted. I can also feel the blood in my arteries at times, pumping up my neck and around my chest . When I m still I can clearly see my heart beat and a strong pulse in my stomach. When I rub the heart area sometimes it sort of feels like rubbing a bruise. I am sporty, healthy and not too skinny. Is this normal?
