Have Hapetitus B Positive. Feeling Acidity, Omitting, Sleep Disorders. Recommendations On The Treatment?

sir, i was declared hapetitus B positve in 1996 when i donate the blood for a relative. there after i got re-confirmed from AIIMS-NEW DELHI HBs Antigen...POSITIVE and Anti-HCV antibodies...NEGATIVE.
Since then i have consulted several local doctors but never take any medicine. Now slowly i feeling vary week
general problem i face, aciditi, omiting, either no sleep of excess sleep. stone in kideny, low level of urine pressure.

kinldy let me know what test i should under go and what treatment i should take and from where. i am delhi based.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You was detected to have HBSag positive in 1996,In many individuals antibodies develop and they become seronegative.
Some take a course known as chronic hepatitis so please consult a Gastroenterologist and get your all viral marker profile including Anti HBe antigen and antibodies.Other liver function tests, Kidney function tests to know the status also require a Ultrasonography of abdomen to see everything is fine in liver.
If necessary viral load with HBV DNA testing can be done and if chronic hepatitis is there treatment with antiviral drugs like Lamivudine and Tenofovir is indicated also there is interferon therapy if required.
Your family members must be investigated and if negative a vaccine must be given to them.
