Unfotunately there is no cure of hepatitis B if you have it. However If you're infected, taking certain precautions and medication can help keep the virus restricted.
Antiviral medications like lamivudine (Epivir),entecavir (Baraclude) if taken as prescribed can help fight the virus and slow its ability to damage your liver.. The goal of therapy is to reduce the risk of complications, including premature death.
only seven licensed products are currently available for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection: interferon-α, pegylated interferon-α, lamivudine, adefovir (dipivoxil), entecavir, telbivudine and tenofovir (disoproxil fumarate).
Cirrhosis develops in approximately 20% of chronically infected patients, subsequently leading to hepatic insufficiency and portal hypertension . Moreover, these patients have a 100-fold higher risk of developing hepatocellular carcinoma than non-carriers.

Treatment to be discussed with your treating doctor-
Lamivudine 100mg once daily.Lamivudine may interrupt the recycling of virus to the nucleus and suppress the formation of viral dna.
INF-α was the first substance licensed to treat CHB virus infections. Only 30% of the patients showed a successful response with loss of HBeAg, HBV DNA and normalization of ALT levels.

However ultimately one day patient has to go for liver transplantation.

Have gone through your tests results.
Rest assured most likely you are a chronic carrier.The current level of infectivity is very low.This usually happens when patient has a active infection in past.

However as of now i don't feel any active intervention is required.
Keep repeating you liver functions and viral titres every 6 months.

To be on safe side therapy with lamivudine can be taken for 6 months.(you can discuss doses with your primary).

HBeAg is the hepatitis B envelope antigen, and anti-HBe are the antibodies produced against this antigen. If HBeAg is detectable in a blood sample, this means that the virus is still active in the liver ,your HBeAg are non reactive cearly stating that virus is inactive.

As per the test results you posted you liver is perfectly ok and there is no sign of even minor problem with your liver at present.

Actualy its the
'mini-chromosome” of the hepatitis B which latest treatment is not able to destroy but new drugs are under trial.
Research has been going on to identify a small molecule that inhibits hepatitis B virus cccDNA formation and inhibits it.
Most likely it can take a decade for these medicines to be out in market.
