Have Hand Dermatitis. Ratio-topilene, Aristocort, Ultravate With Urea Ineffective. Any Suggestions?

hello dr prasad, i am zaman from calgary, canada. recently may be 4 months back diagnose with hand dermatitis n my family doctor prescribed ratio-topilene did nnt work. she recommended after aristocort .1% fail to improve condition. she refer to a dermatologist was prescribed with ultravate with urea 30% continuing for last 3 month having no improvement rather speeding more. now cld you suggest any thing that might work for the condition to prevent this hand dermatitis?

Hi.hand dermatitis usually occurs when u eork excessive in water.excessive washing the hands and working with chemicals like diesel .greese. cement etc..and wearing gloves frequently.hand dermatitis not responsing to routine treatment can be psoriasis.
It can be treated by keeping the hands in lukewarm water for 15 minutes and pat it dry.then apply humidus ointment and apply a dipsalic ointment twice daily can cure it
