Took Treatment For Eczema - Atopic Hand Dermatitis. Mild Eczema Recurring, Advised Tacroz Forte. Life Long ?

Hello doctor,
I underwent treatment for eczema - atopic hand dermatitis from the age of 4 from you in chidambaram for nearly 6 yrs. the symptoms subsided in my teens and again eczema recurred from the age of around 18 and now I'm 26 , still getting affected by eczema on and off. I get severe flare ups periodically in 2 yrs or 1.5 yrs.. But mild eczema keeps occurring in my palms regularly. I'm advised to use tacroz forte 0.1% bedtime and Venusia max cream 2,3 times daily.. Moisturizer I try to apply constantly though I miss it mostly when my hands are fine for some days.. I discontinued the above medications for nearly 2 yrs due to pregnancy. Nw I'm nursing my 10 month old daughter and the flare up is severe in my Palms.. I'm put on omnacortil 10 mg and execare f cream along with moisturizer.. Pls suggest if I can continue this tacroz forte after stopping nursing as I'm hesitant to be on a medicine life long! thanks Abinaya.

Hi hand dermatitis is mainly due to excessive working in water and excessive washing of hands.avoid these things first.and then keep ur hands regularly in lukewarm water twice daily for 15 minutes and tap t dry and apply vrenusia max cream regularly and apply steriod cream when it is severe.use oral steriods also when t is severe.u can also use tacroz forte after ur baby attains two years.it helps only to stop recurrences
