Hi Mahima,
I can understand your concern. The hair fall that you are having is basically because of dengue that you had in recent past. This kind of hair fall after a period of illness is known as telogen effluvium. Just do not take too much of stress for the same as it is reversible. Your hair will grow back to its normal glory in 5 to 6 months of time. Improve your diet, take a balanced diet rich in proteins. Take hair supplements rich in biotin, selenium, copper etc that are available in market in tablet form. You can also apply minoxidil 2% solution 1 ml twice in a day. All this will aid in good hair growth. As you are still 13 and too young to take a medical consultation on your own, please take your parents or guardian in Confidence while doing the same. Take care.
