Dear friend, welcome to HCM.
the reports mean that your spine connecting the haed to the body (cervical spine) has a compression due to encreased thickness of the fibres connecting vertebrae together. this is putting pressure on the spinal nerves and hence the pain and suffereing. also there is wear and tear (degeneration )in the spine.
i think surgical correction as per a spine/ neurosurgeon's advice would be needed.
if waiting list is long and it is feasible, surgery in India is very economical and early with excellent medical services.
else pl. persuade your doc to hurry up.
that's what I can advise now.
take care and keep me posted on the progress.
