Have Flu, Cold, Nausea, Profuse Sweating, Panic Attacks, Stressed. What Could Be Wrong?

hi I am a 29 year old female and I got a flu/cold thing a few weeks ago and with it my feet and eyelids seemed to sweat more than usual in addition to nausea. since then the cold symptoms have ceased yet i still feel the nausea and my feet are still sweating and have developed an odour that i never noticed before. I am under a great deal of stress and last night I had quite a severe panic attack (i think) where I was convulsing and shaking uncontrollably and was extremely cold even though I was wearing sweat pants, hoodie and under a feather duvet. should I be concerned?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the flu viral fever due to some virus, that would have crossed the blood brain bearior and caused the convulsions. It also may be starting of epilepsy, So i advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.

General & Family Physician Dr. Het Ram Bishnoi 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Nausea may be due to hyper acidity due to drugs used for flu & fever.
Convulsions, tremors , cold sweating may be due to fever ( still present) as this may be an episode of chills & rigor .
Cause of these symptoms may be urinary tract infection or malaria , so for confirmation get in blood as well urine examination .
Panic attack may be due to tremors and convulsions .
So first of all consult a physician and get his opinion after blood examination.
If no abnormalities found in reports then get in Thyroid test .
Still nothing in reports then consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion.
Good luck.
Dr. HET
