Have Enlarged Gallbladder, Severe Pain, Nausea. Done Ultrasound. How To Get Relief?

I have an enlarged gallbladder that is slow emptying and filling suffered with severe pain a number of times no stones ultrasound showed sludge I suffer with nausea which lasts for a week to 10 days at a time suffering with this for 4 to 5 months hope you can help GP said my symptoms have nothing to do with my gallbladder
