What Causes Severe Pain In Right Upper Abdomen Radiating Towards Back?

I have severe pain on right upper abdomen 3 days radiating to back,on ultrasound gallbladder size increased and 8 MM. stone on neck.Is operation necessary ,on another scanning ultrasound another hospital before they told me its polip don t worry But severe pain keeps coming monthly And disappear after 3 days if took light food.But this time severe pain took many injunction bascopan and Zantac and dyclofinac given by doctor,Please advise

I really appreciate your concern, it is all depends upon the clinical condition if the stone has developed blocks and colicystitis, jaundice, pain and vomiting is highly concern here, then surgery is must, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
