Have Endometriosis, IBS, Hypoglycemia, Anemia. Have Abdominal Pain, Weakness, Lethargy. Diet?

I've been diagnosed with mild endometriosis and severe IBS. Have also hypoglycemia and its getting really worse and out of control despite healthy eating. Also seem to be anemic. I eat very healthily but still have bad symptoms of all these conditions. I can't find any diet that could help at least alleviate the abdominal pain and the excessive weakness, lethargy and sleepiness.

Hello and welcome to HCM,

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) has to be managed holistically.
Dietary deficiencies like iron, vitamin and mineral deficiencies have to be managed.
Since, there is iron deficiency in your case, iron supplements have to be taken after consultation with your doctor.
Foods which increase abdominal discomfort should be avoided.
There is no single diet plan.
Diet has to be tailored for individual patient.
Food should be taken at regular intervals.
Stress is also known to trigger IBS so it should also be avoided.
Hypoglycemia is managed by prompt glucose intake.
You need to get regular blood glucose levels.

Thanks and take care

Hi,
Health feeding depends on the health status. Being anemic , hypogylemic with a series of abdominal problems will require you go on high caloric meals with a high Iron content and antiinflammatory components. You will really need a nutritionist advice not to make errors.
Thanks
