Have End Stage Cirrhosis, MELD Score Reduced. What Are The Prospects For The Transplant?

Yes. I have cirrhosis and my MELD score was 19 when I was put on the transplant list. Thru meds., prayer and abstinence from alcohol my score has been 11-12. Will I be taken off the list or remain on it. I understand that my cirrhosis is End Stage what are my prospects for transplant or do I remain on the list?

Hi...you may still be on the list....but your priority will get reduced...means person having a higher score than you will be given preference...
