Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Your symptoms of sudden onset of bleeding with cramping and dizziness could be due to uterine injury or intrauterine infection. Consult gynecologist for pelvic examination. need to get ultrasound of abdomen or X-ray to check position of contraceptive device. smear study for any intrauterine infection.
Ultrasound abdomen will also show endometriosis is any.

With family history of ovarian tumor need to get examined regularly, and self examination of breast for any lumps or change in consistency is very helpful.

Hope this helps you.

Regards
