Have Continuous Chest Pain. ECG Done And On Medication. What Could Be The Cause?

I've a continuous pain on my left chest and back for the past 4 days. I consulted a General Practitioner (GP) first, he advised to take an ECG and on scrutiny, he told that pain is muscular. Since the pain has not relieved, I consulted my diabetologist (diabetic since age 32 and now age 40) and he took another ECG and concluded that the pain in muscular itself. He prescribed Aceclofenac and Pantoperazole yesterday, the pain continues. The pain is rather strong when lying down on bed, but gradually lesser when walking or standing. Please advise me.

Hello, thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Diabetic from the last 8 years,
Age 40 years,
Pain left side of chest,
Pain increases when lying.
All these symptoms are indicative of pain in the heart, diabetic are prone to heart ailment.
2nd reason may be pain in the lung of left side.
Get in blood examination for lipid profile, sugar, S G O T,S G P T, CPK.
Treadmill test will reveal the condition of heart.
If possible please get in ANGIOGRAPHY of arteries of heart for correct findings.
Take treatment accordingly.
Good luck.
