Have Bruising And A Bump Just Above The Forehead Due To A Hit. Now Having Headache. Is Any Treatment Required?
Hi I accidentally hit my nose and the area above my eyebrow very hard when getting up from under a table. Within an hour my nose began to bruise and a large bump has formed above my forehead. I just began to hve a heacdache and l am light headed. Should I go to the hospital.

Any history of head injury need to rule out intra cranial injury or bleed.
Need to get examined by doctor, If you develop severe head ache, vomiting, blurred vision or giddiness consult doctor immediately.
You may need to get X-ray to rule out any nasal bone fracture, which may need correction. If untreated can result in deformed nose.
Consult doctor and get examined for any fractures.
