Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The bleeding after sex is an indication of the infection of the perenium. As is diagnised the intra mural myoma also can cause the bleeding.
As you are already 40 years if your doctor recommends it is advesible to have hysterectomy. Removal of ovary and tubes may not be necessory.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you
