Hello and welcome to HCM,

Passage of thick, milky urine associated with fever suggests an urinary tract infection.
A urine routine examination, urine culture and culture sensitivity should be done.
Urine culture will isolate the organism causing the infection.
The urine culture sensitivity will select the most appropriate antibiotic against the infection.
Urinary tract infections are more common in people on catheters.
Stay vigilant for urinary tract infection in future also.
Cloudiness or milky color of the urine suggests an urinary tract infection.

Thanks and take care
