Have Black Spot And Itching Near Labia. Had Sex With This. Can It Be Transmitted?

My girlfriend and me had sex the other night and I notice a small black spot next to the labia and the thigh and after we stoped and looked at it she had told me her lower labia was itchy can you tell me what it is and how to get rid of it and can it be past on by having sex and one more thing she also has these white spots in her mouth like she had bitten her lips because I have one in the back of my mouth and my ear itchy and it hurts my ear?

Hello
Blackish discoloration with itching in thigh may be Tinea cruris or Fungal infection. It can be transmitted.
There may be some underlying sexually transmitted disease . possibility of this can not be ruled out.
having unprotected sex is always riskful, so use the barrier contraceptive like Condom.
