Have Bitter Taste In Mouth. Have Osteoporosis. Taking Sweet Fluid Because Of This. What To Do?

My motehr is 76. Since last three months she complains of very accute bitter taste in mouth persisting for a whole day and more prominent after urination and toilet. Shee keeps on demanding sweet or sour fould items to overcome the same.
She has accute osteoporosis. Also, very frequenty she loses bowel control.
What can be the reason.

Hello,
The bitter taste in mouth can be due to-
Medications administered.
Pericoronitis due to impacted wisdom tooth.
Dry mouth.
Dehydration due to frequent passing of stools.
I advice you to take plenty of fluids and water.
Fruits and leafy vegetables has to be taken.
Replace the medicines casuing metallic taste in mouth.
Get the decayed or impacted teeth removed.
