General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description the most likely cause of your problem is anxiety disorder. Doing a series of laboratory tests when the origin of your problem is psychological will lead to nothing (even though the tests are necessary for differentials).
My suggestion is that you should get treated fro anxiety. If you feel life is good and you are not having any worries, it means depression might be ruled out.

Hope this helped
