Have SLE, On Omnacortil. Allergic To Gas Trouble, Gaining Weight, On More Dose Of Steroids. Cause?

I am having SLE for past 15 years. I was taking omnacortil for 0.5mg on monday and thursday and i was allergic to gas trouble while consuming potatoes, corn, dal. Nowadays my weight is also increasing compare to the weight i had with more dose of steroid. Please let me know why there is certain change in my weight and why i was allergic? have any cure for SLE or i need to take the tablet for life long? And have any diet need to be followed?

Thanks for the query

SLE treatment is life long and there you should not stop the medication as it might lead to a flare.
Your recent weight gain is not because of steroids as you are currently on a very small dose. Please modify your life style in order to lose weight, also get your thyroid profile done to rule out secondary cause for weight gain.
