Have RBBB, High BP. Taken Stress Test. Done ECG. Is This A Dangerous Situation?

Yesterday i took ecg for some uncomfortable feel,My Dr told me that i hv Incomplete RBBB,and ask me to take a stress test after 15 days...I am 40yr old and normal weight( BMI 21) my BP is 130/70,has No previous heart Problem history.
What i want to know is RBBB is dangerous one?...can i Perform my activities Normally?...
also i want to know that is there possible can a ecg show RBBB by mistakenly?....Or is there possible Dr Miss Diagnosis as RBBB?
