Have IUD. Nipple Pain, Tiredness, Back Pain. Negative Pregnancy Test. What Is The Problem?

Hello I have had my iud since October of 2012 I was spotting up to November and then havnt had any problems or spotting since. About two weeks ago my nipples started hurting I was really tired and had allot of back pain I convinced myself to take a test it was negative. however yesterday I started getting really sever cramping in the morning it went away by afternoon and returned at night now today im cramping again dizzy and spotting what could be the problem

Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. As you are having abnormal uterine bleeding it needs to be evaluated, as your pregnancy test is negative I advise you to straight away go for a scan and check if there is any abnormality in the uterus or cervix. Even cervical congestion due to pelvic infection can present with similar complaints.
