Have IBS, Use Bathroom Frequently, Have Severe Diarrhea. Tested For Gluten Intolerance, Celiac Disease. Colonoscopy Done. All Reports Normal
I have IBS, but I am worried that maybe the doctors are just not finding what is really wrong with me. I have to use the bathroom several times a day and have pretty severe diarrhea . This came on around the first of the year (2013) and has not gone away. They have given me blood tests and tested me for Gluten intolerance, Giardia, Celiac Disease, and they have also done a colonoscopy and tested several stool samples and come up with nothing. I have seen my regular doctor and a gastroenterologist about this.

IBS needs prolonged treatment. I suggest a barium meal followthrough/ctscan abdomen to rule out other disease.
