Have Hydrocele, Discomfort, Painful. Result From My Vasectomy. Treatment?
I have a Hydrocele as a result from my vasectomy procedure more than 3 weeks ago. I am a 45 yr old male in otherwise good health. There is not pain, although there is discomfort and I must were very supportive briefs to avoid pain. It is significantly impacting my lifestyle and ability to be active. Are there any non surgical resolutions to treat Hydrocele?

Hi Hydrocele is a collection of fluid in between the coverings of testis(that is in between tunica vaginalis).. Either increased production of fluid or decreased drainage of secreted fluid results in hydrocele..It has many causes including infection.. Its not just because of the vasectomy procedure.. Non surgical resolution has high recurrence rate.. Only treatment is surgery, there are many procedures depending upon the size of hydrocele.. Consult general surgeon for more suggestions. Thank you
