I have hsv2. I have only had one mild outbreak and I take valtrex daily. I I started feeling chapped in my groin area right at the crease of my upper leg and scrotum . I tried to look and it appears that there is a pimple down there or a couple pimples . I have felt chapped before and out lotion down there and it goes away pretty quickly. I have skin issues, pimples in strange places sometimes. This doesn t seem like hsv2. I am not sure what it is. I am a 40 year old male. My overall health is is good.
