Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely gastroesophageal reflux. For such cases i advise proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole and antiemetic domperidone for 4 weeks. I aslo advise to take light meals at short intervals and avoid lie down after meal atleast for 1 hour.Avoid spicy foods alcohol and smoking.COPD should be controlled by adequate inhaled drugs like broncodilators or corticosteroids according to advise of your treating doctor.Inflammatory bowel disease should be controlled by proper medication.I give mesalazine for desired patients with good outcome.Have a regular follow up with a gasteroenterologist and pulmonologist.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
