Hardened Lymph Node Under Arm Has Ruptured. Is This Serious?
My mother just called and said that the hardened lymph node under her arm has ruptured and is weeping through her skin. She said she wants to wait until next week to go to a regularly scheduled appointment rather than see an urgent care physician or go to an emergency room. Isn't a hardened lymph node serious? And a ruptured and weeping one even worse?
