Hi, I have a large very hard lump under the skin in my lower left leg. I put lump in quotation for lack of a better word. This is the same leg that I have had a DVT in. The leg has never stop swelling from two years ago when it was first realized I had a DVT. Due to such, I never realized this lump until my leg went down, which happens when I am at rest, and I was rubbing it because of pain, which was not normal. This lump does not move, as I have read on other site. It is very painful. I cannot wear heels because it feels like my leg is cramping. Also, this lump is on the left outer leg and not on the inner where the clot was. I was place back on blood thinners but it is not helping. Any idea what may be going on?
