What Causes Pain, Cramping And Numbness After C-section ?

I had a c-section 9 months ago. I had a DVT immediately post section, which was treated with heparin for 5 months. It has now resolved. But since the c-section I have had terrible pain, cramping, tingling, numbness in the leg I had the DVT in. My foot is now so numb, I can t feel it. It is progressing. What could be wrong?
