Hanging Mole Split Under Neck. Unable To Remove With Homeopathic Medicines. How To Remove?

I have a hanging mole under my neck that has split and I ve tried many homeopathic remedies to remove it. Well after shaving I cut it accidentally and it split. It is actually a mole that has reoccurred. Should I tie it off with string as I did the first time to remove it? I don t have insurance to see a specialist because of lack of work.

Dermatologist 's  Response
It is probably a skin tag or wart.
Please visit dermatologist to get it removed by electrosurgery or radiofrequency surgery under local or topical anesthesia. The procedure is simple. With minimal or no side effects. It gives an excellent result.
