Had Uterus Removal And Appendicitis. On Insulin For Diabetes. Swelling In The Legs. What Kind Of Exercise Should I Go For?

Dear Dr, I am 40 yrs old working woman. Four months back I had a surgery for Uterus Removal + Bladder Sing + Appendix. I am diabetics for past 10 yrs. Now taking insulin . Can I go for all types of Exercise? Now I have severe gastric & Acidic problem. Also swelling in the legs and body stiffness . What I should do for good health?

Hi,
There is no restriction for any exercise after 4 months of surgery. You can do any type of exercise which is comfortable for you. Just don't exert yourself too much.
