What Causes Only Spotting Without Normal Bleeding ?
Hello,
I am sapna. I am a PCOS patient with low insulin resistance level.
From couple of months my periods is kind of regularised but, past two months I had periods with no proper blood flow, only spotting for all 5 days.
I am also trying to conceive.
Can you please advise on this? I am taking glyocmet 500 mg.

Hi
Hormonal imbalance caused by ovarian cyst can cause irregular bleeding or spotting.
Along with glycomet ,you may require hormonal pills to regularize your cycles.You can take these drugs for 3 cycles.Supplements containing folic acid and myo-inositol can also be taken.
You can try for pregnancy after completing the 3 cycle treatment to increase the chance of pregnancy.Thyroid function and blood hemoglobin should also be checked.
