Had Unprotected Sex. White Stains In Underwear, Tingling Penis, White Discharge. What Is Wrong?
Hi i am 18 and i have been having unprotected sex with one partner and i have realized that everytime i look in my underwear i have several white stain s in them as if it were pre cum and i have a weird tingling sensation around the top of my penis and when i open the head i notice a white liquid substance . What's wrong and how can i fix it?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have unprotected sex and has white discharge and pain in glans of your penis.
Since this is noticed after unprotected sex possibility of Sexually Transmitted Disease can not be ruled out.
Please get your blood tests for STD and microscopic examination of the drop of discharge from the tip of the penis done to rule out Gonorrhoea.
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and further treatment.
