Had Unprotected Sex. How To Advance Periods?

Hello sir. Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex a week before my period date which is may 15th.
I want to prepone my period date to as early as possible as I have an important meeting to attend and don't want to be uncomfortable as Im the main presenter.
Help me how can I prepone my period and also suggest me foods that make my period occur faster. Thankyou.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
After an unprotected sex, it is best to take an emergency contraceptive pill within 24 hours to avoid the pregnancy. Now to advance the periods, you will need hormonal treatment but pregnancy should be ruled out before the treatment.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
