Had Total Knee Replacement Surgery. Have A Rash On Lower Back With Red Bumps. Have Spots In Wrists, Palms. Easy Way To Get Cure?

I had total knee replacement surgery on July 15, 2013 and a manipulation on August 15th. Ever since then I have had a rash on lower back to the right of the spine with little red bumps w/no itching. Could this be a result of the spinal I had? Also, I have small red spots on both wrists that also cover the bottom of my palms. No pain, itching or anything else. These only occurred after my surgery. I had a yeast infection candida albacons 2 months ago (I have not had one of these since my 20's) It cleared up and now I have another one. I had a stroke 2 yrs, ago w/no symptoms except short memory loss and aphasia. I have anti phosphoid lipid syndrome which was discovered by neurologist after my stroke.. I am wondering what lab tests, if any, I could do to find out if there is anything wrong w/me. I have read a lot of candida albacons being inside the esopogas and the stomach and I don't know know to go from here.

Hi and thanks for the query,
The diagnosis and management of rashes depends on the experience of the clinician and the rash presentation itself. Other parameters like itches or fever, the speed at which the rashes developed are also very important. I suggest you consult a dermatologist. It would be pretty easy to diagnose hopefully and managed appropriately of done early. Kind regards
