Hello and welcome to HCM,

Do you have tiny raised lesions over your body, say abdomen, between your finger webs, or other itchy areas ? if yes, its most definitely a scabies.

Other than that it could just be pruritis or urticaria. Take an oral anti allergic like cetrizine or loratadine and see the response. If its urticaria or simply pruritis, it will calm down.
