Had Regular Periods, Took I-pill After An Unprotected Sex. Would It Affect Following Months ?
Hi Doctor, i had my regular periods during the first week of the month, immediately after periods i had unprotected sex though am sure nothing happened but for safe sake i took an i pill exactly after 24 hours...within six days of taking the pill i got my periods again. Is there anything to worry in this cycle, also i wish to regain my regular periods in the following months, would that be affected? I have a religious do in November third week and i want to be done with menstruation.

I pill can cause disturbance in your menstrual periods but these periods tend to become all right in next couple of months.
Your periods may come on normal time after taking I PILL,come a week earlier or a week later.
There is nothing to worry as every thing shall be all right.

There is a possibility of irregular periods after taking a post coital pill..
You can just wait for your periods to become regular from next cycle as your cycles are otherwise regular
Make sure that you don't take any more pills in between..
