Hi,

RPR test is for syphilis.

You are having ulcers and foul smelling discharge on glans penis and prepuce.

There may be genital ulcers due to chancroid or candidosis or mixed STD.

Remember, in primary syphilis, RPR remains negative.

Clinically confirmation of diagnosis is needed.

So, you consult dermatologist for perfect diagnosis and treatment.

I hope yuo got my answer.

Thanks.
