Had Pomegranate Juice. Since Then Stomach Pain, Nausea, Lead To Diarrhea

I drink some Pomegranate juice mixes with water and about 7 hours later I got stomach pain, like some one had a nife and was turning it in my stomach , nauseated and 3 hours later I had diarrhea. Now I am still having problems when I eat , all I do eat is liquid, is there something else I could do ?? The Pomegranate juice was bad so I know it came from that .

Friend i read your concern and as you know its due to stomach poisoning that leading to pain and diarrhoea.
I would suggest that hydration is first line of treatment in case of diarrhoe as hydration can eliminate organisms that causing sickness
Secondly take Prescribed antibiotics and lactobacilus to maintain normal intestinal organisms.
If diarrhoea worsens loperamide is good choice for stopping diarrhoea ., Usually diarhoea gets decreased if on antibiotics and fluids .
