I was injured the 3 years ago at school during gym class, in the groin area. I have gone to doctors who have said I was fine down there and have gotten ultra sounds that cannot detect any structural damage. I have loss of sensation in my testicles they feel numb and dead and orgasms have never been as intense after the injury the testicles injury left them bruised underneath to the anus.

Urologist 's  Response

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
sustained injury to your groin 3 years back and now noticed numbness of both the testicles.

As regards your problem of orgasm .I would like to state that Testis has no role to play in ejaculation or orgasm.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination an to assess your problem of orgasm.
