Had Hip Surgery. Have Pain. Could It Be Damaged Nerve?

i had hip surgery 3 yrs ago ever since that i have been in pain i think it is a damaged nerve because now the pain goes all the way down my leg @ is getting worse what do you think? The surgeon has taken multiple xrays since surgery @ says nothjing wrong i also had hip replacement on left side a year ago @ its fine no pain

The pain in the hip after the surgery is not likely to be due to a nerve damage during the surgery. It could be related to a chronic inflammation or a nerve root compression at the level of lumbar spine.
