Suggest Treatment For Pinched Nerve In The Leg

After recent hip surgery I have had terrible pain beginning from my back down through my leg and to my ankle with the worst pain in my shin. I have had 3 shots in my back since I was told after an MRI I had a pinched nerve. The pain in my leg is so bad I could cry. An x-ray of my leg did not show anything off and also a sonogram did not show a blood clot.
