Had Food Poisoning, Fever, On Antibiotics, Took Cap, No Mucus In Stool. Should I Be Concerned?

I had food poisoning 12 days earlier. The next day i had slight fever . Was on antibiotics orni-o and darolac. Was recovering quiet good. 2 days earlier i had stools with mucus and undigested foods. Visited doc again. Was prescribed to take Pre-Pro HS, zenflox and zincovit-A. Took it last night and took the other 2 tabs this moring except pre-pro HS.
Had Rice with Curd for lunch and after 3 hours had banana.

Had an urge to pass stools. Passed loose stools, couldnt recognise any mucus in stools.

Am much worried that things are not getting better even after all medications.
Would like to know what i am going through now. Am i getting better or condition is getting bad.. Please help me doc..badly in need of help
