Had Flu, Lingering Cough, Had Bowel Movements. Is It Due To Congestion?

My 16 month old had the flu about 2 weeks ago and has a lingering cough . She has been on antibiotics for the full time. She was really constipated for 3 days and finally went yesterday normal. Today she had 3 bowel movements 1st was normal 2nd was loose 3rd was watery with a huge glob of mucos. I have seen mucous before in a childs diaper but never this much. Could this all be from her congestion
