hi i'm bev, in the last 7 months i had a eliostomy for never being able to poop w out help, i tried all laxatives. in 2008 i had my colon removed all but 8 ", i had 12" that were taken out to. it never got better. i had 3 bowel surgery's and many added prob. i went to a gastro dr. for 3 mo. and did eating, drinking upper and lower gi, pelvic, so i had to go back to my surgeon. 2013 had to run 2 more test's. so by feb.13,i had a illaostomey for 3 month's. to let the small bowel rest, and see if the 8" of the old colon was causing the problem. may 30th 2013 she did two surgery's take out the bag, romove the old colon, reconect my stomach to the small bowel, and then to the anus. my question is: the small colon has not been used. i'm trying new foods, and i get diarra sometime's. i'm lactose and soy difence so could you show me on line who would be able to help me w foods that don't caused up and down some mild dirre
