Hi,
In the current scenario, you should exclude/confirm pregnancy through serum beta-hCG estimation along with a trans-vaginal sonogram. Ovulation can take a couple of months to return after the depo-shot. Since you are already delayed for quite some period, it is time for further investigation. If pregnancy can be excluded, please see a gynecologist for a complete evaluation, hormonal status and pelvic causes. Specific treatment would be needed. Hope you find this information helpful. Good luck.
