Hello & Welcome to HCM,
I have gone through through your case, this is not so serious problem. After any abdominal surgery there is little bit pain remain for some time.Pain during coughing is due to stitches. So try to avoid the coughing. For something dropping sensation, you should go for one ultrasound of abdomen.By this you find the correct diagnosis.Hope my answer is helpful for you.
Thanks &Regards
