Had A Spermogram , Result Shows Infection, Spermatozoids Per 1 Ml Is 2.8 And Leukocytes 48. Explain?

Hello doctor i will try to explain my spermogram results as i am not quite sure how to read them. I was told i have an infection.. Volume is 3,3 ml, total number of spermatozoides per 1 ml is 2,8 and totat 9,24 million.. Motility: fast progression 2%, slow progression 10% no progression 12% unmovable 76%. Leukocites: 48... What does it all mean?

Hi,
Your semen report indicates that you are having infection in your testicles and having some abnormal sperm count and other abnormality.
Consult urologist and get examined.
